What is the best digital camera out there that produces the best quality VIDEO?

best digital camera
I’m looking for:

rather clear sharp picture and sound
preferably 640X480 or more
I know that cards determine most of the length of filming…but that too

I do want good quality photos and realize pixels don’t necessary make all that much difference, also choosing normal, fine, HQ etc doesn’t help much with recording video.

so please does anyone know the best digital camera out there for filiming a video? Thanks!

Try cheapest prices search engine and then go to consumer written reviews. You will find many reviews and prices from almost every merchant.

digital cameras are solely for recording still pictures and not so much on video. 640×480 is about the biggest size you can get for now.

vivitar it takes stills and makes avi movies and its cheep
